After a successful pilot in Q2 we are opening up our LAUNCH @ The Landing Incubator programme to all members of The Landing and those who wish to join.
The programme gives you access to a range of business support partners from legal and recruiting advice to strategy and investment planning. We introduce you to these partners through six 1-day bootcamps which will give you both a health check of your current plans, plus robust strategies for scale. You can then continue to be supported by these partners throughout your time at The Landing.
Plan your 3 month, 6 month, 1 year goals using ‘OKRs’ (Objectives & Key Results – a measuring tool made famous by Google) and set out a your strategy for growth through the programme.
